Athene Legal is instructed to represent multiple defendants under the name of Insulate Britain in detailed assessment proceedings arising from injunctions obtained by the claimant, Transport for London, following protests in London calling for the low energy insulation of social housing to mitigate climate change.
Following the granting of an injunction in October 2021 and a final judgment in May 2023, Athene Legal is advising the paying party defendants on costs and assisting them with procedural steps in the detailed assessment.
